Dear Friend
In times of doubt about faith, wisdom lies in the quiet, vigilant heart. Habakkuk set the example when he decided not to ask or complain any longer because he believed God’s timing was His own. He essentially says that he is just going to wait for an answer and follow what God tells him. When God answer the message is always powerful and clear. When God speaks to you His word is precise and without ambiguity. The answers and guidance God gives are always worth writing down and memorising. Once you have written down God’s answer to your questions you have to measure that answer to what His Word says. The revelation you receive can never contradict what is written in the Bible. Habakkuk 2:1-2 - I will stand at my watch and station myself on the ramparts; I will look to see what he will say to me, and what answer I am to give to this complaint. Then the LORD replied: “Write down the revelation and make it plain on tablets so that a herald may run with it. My prayer. Heavenly Father, I know that You always hear me. Thank You for giving the wisdom and understanding to recognise Your voice from all the loudness of the world. Thank You for the peace you bring into my life. Amen.
