Dear Friend
Before the prodigal son repented, he had to make a very important decision. He had to decide to get up and go to his Father. His father could not do this on his behalf. If you are in a hard place you have to take the first step to get up and go. God is good all the time! God is above you to bless you, He is before you to guide you, He is behind you to protect you, He is beside you to comfort you and inside you to sustain you. You have to decide to turn your ‘I can’t’ as well as ‘I won’t’ into the bold statement: "I will get up and go to my Father." Luke 15:18 Luke 15:18 - I will get up and go to my father, and I will say to him, “Father, I have sinned against heaven and in your sight. My prayer. Father, I am getting up and turning to You with every bit of worry that is in my heart. I roll my worries and concerns over to You and turn my worry into worship. Please forgive me for the times I take my eyes off You. Father, I surrender every part of my being to You. You are my LORD. You are good all the time. Amen. God is good all the time!
